Newest Gallery in Eastern Madera County Now in Its 2nd Year - Visit Us in North Fork

The Community Art Gallery & Gift Shop and the Photo Studio of Paul Henry Abram is now in its second year at the old saw mill site in North Fork. Local and international artists are displaying paintings, photography, poetry, jewelry, ceramics, wearable art and wood sculpture for your viewing pleasure and for sale.

Adding international flavor to the gallery is the multifaceted work of Cim McDonald, whose photography and watercolors have endeared her to enthusiasts in the U.S. Pacific Northwest, and Canada. She is the founder and curator of the world renowned murals project at Chemanis which is located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia.

Local artists include Abram, Joan Brumley, Sharon Bortugno, Margaret Grahlman, Phyllis Overstreet, Dot Morris, George & Ida Covert, Jean Hancock , Ruth Rosenthal, Ginny Jewkes, Amber Castillo, Arista Flanagan, Vernon Tallmon and David Caris

To get to the Gallery & Gift Shop make a left turn at the intersection of Malum Ridge Road (Road 274 out of Bass Lake) and Mammoth Pool Road (Road 225 aka Main Street). Just past the Recreation Center (home of the Loggers Jamboree) on the left, and the South Fork Motel on the right, there is a large red, white and blue sign directing you to turn left just ahead. If you are coming from Oakhurst or O’Neals, a similar sign offers directions at the “Crazy Y” intersection in downtown North Fork.

The Gallery & Gift Shop will be open on Saturday & Sunday from 11am to 5pm, and on the 2nd Saturday of the month from 11am to 5pm as part of the Sierra Art Hop. At the Art Hop event there will be light refreshments and guest artists at work. Both gallery and photo studio are also open by appointment.
